There are a number of ways you can follow Carmarthen Harriers Athletics Club online through the website and on our social media channels during the year and get involved yourself via @CarmsHarriers. Mae yna nifer o ffyrdd i ddilyn ni ar ein tudalennau cymdeithasol ac yn y wasg.

We are on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and NEW at the end of 2018 onwards, a YouTube channel was added; four platforms of keeping updated with the club, Dyfed, West Wales and Welsh Athletics Regular News, Fixtures, Results, Highlights, Live Event Updates and More on a daily basis...

These pages have been growing month by month with new people from all clubs following, so thank you for your support!

Did you know that the club have set up a YouTube channel since the end of 2018? We have posted several videos of races and general highlights from events on the country and the track.

In addition, please remember that reports, results and news that is posted on the Harriers website also gets sent to the local newspapers and press for publishing by the club's media and press officer on a weekly basis. Our two main local newspapers are:

Carmarthen Journal - every Wednesday

Carmarthenshire/Llanelli Herald - every Friday

We are also in contact with the Llanelli Online Website, South Wales Guardian, Western Telegraph, Tenby Observer, Pembrokeshire/Ceredigion Herald, 7 Day Sport and Cambrian News to cover Dyfed schools events.
